Terms & Conditions.

English

1. Your package is valid for 3 months from payment.
2. Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. A later cancellation or a no-show counts as a used session. I may reschedule for a good reason, at my discretion.
3. If I have to cancel a session, I reschedule it at no cost.
4. Full refund if you cancel before your first session. No refunds once training starts.
5. A vet note, or another major reason, extends your package.
6. Daycare: up to 7 days (Social Diploma and above), subject to the facility's vaccination and temperament checks.
7. Group classes: weekly, 60 minutes. The location is shared after booking.
8. An up-to-date vaccination record is required before group classes, socialisation sessions and daycare, not before home sessions.
9. The home assessment is free if you book a package at the assessment. Otherwise it is AED 250, paid at the end of the visit, and the AED 250 comes off one package booked later.
10. Group classes on their own: AED 150 for one class, or AED 1,000 for 10 classes, valid 3 months from payment.
11. Invoices are issued by Omnipet Global FZE.
